Summary

This study tests whether a structured home exercise plan focused on balance and strength can help people in cardiac rehabilitation improve their physical function and reduce their risk of falling. Researchers will measure changes in balance confidence, quality of life, and fall risk in 128 participants. The goal is to see if a convenient, mobile-friendly program can make daily tasks safer and easier.
