First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests two ways to help Latino men with HIV take their medication regularly: text message reminders alone or combined with a digital navigator. If one approach doesn't work, participants get extra support. The goal is to improve medication adherence and keep the virus under control. The study involves 250 men and lasts 12 months.
