Summary
This study tests a mobile app called MyChildCMC that helps parents of children with complex medical conditions spot early warning signs of illness. The goal is to prevent emergency room visits and hospital stays. About 360 children ages 1-18 and their parents will use the app daily for 6 months, then be followed for another 6 months to see if benefits last.
