First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests a mobile app called MyChildCMC that helps parents of children with complex medical needs (ages 1-18) spot early signs of health problems before they become emergencies. About 360 families will use the app daily for 6 months or receive usual care, then be followed for another 6 months. The goal is to see if the app reduces emergency room visits and hospital stays, and improves quality of life.
