New cancer drug enters human testing for advanced tumors

Summary
This is the first study in people to test a new drug called MHB048C for advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug shows early signs of helping to control the cancer. The study will enroll about 200 adults with advanced cancers, including a specific type of prostate cancer.
