Summary

This study tests an injection called MHB018A for people with moderate-to-severe thyroid eye disease, a condition that can cause bulging eyes and discomfort. About 258 adults who completed a prior study will receive the drug for 24 weeks to see if it reduces eye bulging and prevents relapse. The goal is to control the disease and improve symptoms, not to cure it.
