Summary
This early-stage study tested a new ointment called MH004 for people with mild to moderate atopic dermatitis (eczema). The first part checked the safety of different doses in healthy volunteers. The second part then tested if the ointment could reduce the severity of eczema rashes and symptoms in patients over a 4-week period.
