Summary

This study tested a new ointment called MH004 for people with mild to moderate eczema (atopic dermatitis). It involved 375 teenagers and adults who applied the ointment or a placebo cream twice daily for 8 weeks, followed by a longer safety period. The main goals were to see if the ointment could clear skin, reduce itch, and was safe to use for up to a year.
