Summary
This was an early safety study of a new oral drug called MGY825 for adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that had spread or could not be removed by surgery. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug. The study also looked for early signs that the drug might help control the cancer, especially in patients whose tumors had specific genetic changes.
