Summary
This study aims to compare the effectiveness of two medications, Metformin and Myo-inositol, in managing Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). It will involve 60 women with PCOS who are not currently on treatment. The main goals are to see which drug better helps restore regular menstrual cycles and improves certain hormone levels after three months.
