Summary
This early-stage study looks at whether adding metformin and turmeric to standard intermittent hormone therapy can help men with prostate cancer that is starting to grow again. About 34 men will take these supplements along with their usual care and track their PSA levels. The main goal is to see if this approach is practical and might delay the need for more intensive treatment.
