Nursing students enter the metaverse to learn patient safety

NCT ID NCT07394907

Summary

This study aims to see if training nursing students about patient safety using interactive games in a virtual reality 'metaverse' is more effective than traditional classroom teaching. Researchers will compare two groups of 30 students each—one receiving the virtual training and one receiving only standard lessons—to measure improvements in knowledge and skills. The goal is to find better ways to prepare future nurses to prevent medical errors and keep patients safe.
