Summary
This study compares two surgical techniques for fixing broken metatarsal bones in the foot: transverse pinning and antegrade intramedullary pinning. Researchers will measure how quickly the bone heals, pain levels, and foot function in 40 adults with displaced fractures. The goal is to find which method allows faster recovery and better outcomes.
