First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tested a new drug called SD-101, given directly into the liver using a special pressure device, alone or with standard immunotherapy, for adults with metastatic uveal melanoma that has spread to the liver. The goal was to find a safe dose and see if it could shrink tumors. The trial was terminated early, so results are limited.
