First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This phase 3 trial compares a new chemotherapy combination (irinotecan liposome plus oxaliplatin, 5-FU, and calcium folinate) against the current standard (nab-paclitaxel plus gemcitabine) for people with metastatic pancreatic cancer who have not yet received treatment. The study aims to see if the new combo helps patients live longer. About 662 adults with good performance status and measurable tumors will participate at multiple centers.
