Summary
This study is testing a 6-week educational program designed to teach people with metabolic syndrome how to find, understand, and use reliable health information. The goal is to see if improving these skills helps participants better manage their weight, waist size, blood pressure, and blood sugar. The program combines in-person meetings, online support, and family involvement to help people make healthier choices.
