Summary
This observational study will check if a new tool called the Nutrilite Metabolic Health Index gives results that match detailed blood tests in 200 healthy adults aged 18 to 60. Participants will fill out questionnaires, have a physical exam, and give a blood sample. The goal is to see if the simple index can reliably measure metabolic health without needing advanced lab tests.
