Summary
This study aims to see if a new 'Metabolic Health Index' score matches up with a detailed analysis of blood chemicals (metabolomics). Researchers will enroll 200 healthy adults aged 18-60. Participants will answer health questions, have a checkup, and give a blood sample to see how well the calculated score reflects their detailed blood results.
