Doctors review best way to remove infected hernia mesh

Summary
This study looks back at medical records to compare two surgical approaches for treating infected mesh after hernia repair. Researchers will examine 100 patients who had either complete or partial removal of infected mesh between 2016 and 2025. The goal is to understand which approach leads to fewer hernia recurrences and fewer repeat infections.
