Summary
This study compares two surgical treatments for stress urinary incontinence in women: a mesh-free technique (Pubo-Urethral Ligament Plication) and a mesh-based sling (Transobturator Tape). About 147 women aged 18-80 who have not improved with non-surgical treatments will be enrolled. The goal is to see if the mesh-free option works as well and is as safe as the mesh-based one, focusing on symptom improvement and patient satisfaction.
