Minty air tested to ease lung disease suffering
NCT ID NCT07398287
Summary
This study is testing if inhaling L-menthol, which creates a cooling sensation, can help reduce the feeling of breathlessness and improve exercise ability in people with interstitial lung disease (ILD). It will involve 20 participants who will try both menthol and a placebo during exercise tests. The goal is to see if this simple, inhaled treatment can make daily activities easier for people with this chronic lung condition.
