Summary
This study is testing whether a free, 30-day program of short daily mental exercises can improve people's sense of wellbeing. About 200 adults will either follow the program or receive standard self-care advice, and their mental wellbeing will be measured before and after. The goal is to see if the structured daily practice leads to better outcomes than general recommendations.
