Summary

This study looked at whether thinking about exercise (mental practice) plus doing actual exercise can help young women improve pelvic floor muscle strength, reduce pain sensitivity, and boost body control. 45 healthy women over 18 took part. The goal was to gather information, not to treat a disease.
