Summary
This study tests whether mental imagery practice can help prevent common knee and ankle injuries in volleyball players. Researchers are recruiting 30 professional players aged 15-25 to see if imagining proper landing techniques reduces risky movements during jumps. The study also examines how this mental practice affects brain function and cognitive skills.
