Can your mind heal your back? study tests mental videos for pain relief

NCT ID NCT07237724

Summary

This study is testing if adding a mental exercise to physical therapy helps people with long-term low back pain. Forty-two adults will do core strength exercises, with half also watching videos of the movements beforehand. Researchers want to see if this combination reduces pain, improves movement, and helps with sleep better than exercise alone.
