Summary
This study aims to understand the work-related challenges faced by nurses, psychologists, and doctors in German mental health clinics. Researchers will survey 600 professionals to learn how job stress and support affect their satisfaction, burnout, and thoughts about leaving their jobs. The findings will help create better work environments and improve patient care quality in mental health settings.
