Schools deploy quick digital screenings to catch teen mental health struggles early
NCT ID NCT04935710
Summary
This study tested a new approach to identify and support high school students at risk for mental health challenges. Researchers used a quick, 10-minute computer test to screen students for symptoms and then offered a resilience-building program called COPE2Thrive. The goal was to prevent more serious mental health issues by catching problems early, especially in diverse communities that often face barriers to care.
