Summary
This study is testing a special talk-based program designed to help older adults manage repetitive, self-critical thoughts about past mistakes. The program aims to teach coping skills to reduce these thoughts and improve participants' self-esteem and overall psychological well-being. It involves 52 adults aged 65 and older who will attend eight weekly group sessions.
