Can simple stress skills ease Migrants' mental anguish? italy tests WHO programs
NCT ID NCT07209306
Summary
This study is testing two World Health Organization stress management programs to see if they can reduce anxiety and depression in migrants in Italy who are experiencing psychological distress. Researchers will enroll 237 adult migrants and randomly assign them to receive either a group-based course, an online program, or a comparison condition that provides general support. The main goal is to see if these accessible programs can effectively ease mental health symptoms and if they are practical to implement widely.
