Summary
This study aimed to understand how common mental health issues and symptoms of low energy are among young, competitive biathletes in Norway. It surveyed 28 athletes aged 16-19 to see if problems were linked to age, gender, or performance level. The goal was to gather information to help identify athletes who might be struggling and improve safety in the sport.
