Summary
This study is testing if adding a single follow-up session helps people maintain the benefits of a short, 5-session therapy program. It involves 50 adults in the Bahamas experiencing mild to moderate anxiety or depression. After completing the main program, half will get the extra session three months later, while the other half will just get a reminder call.
