NCT ID NCT07462312

Summary

This study is testing whether a digital program called 'Mental Gym' can help reduce PTSD symptoms in combat veterans. The program uses a Garmin smartwatch and a phone app to guide daily breathing exercises, combined with weekly group support sessions. Researchers will measure changes in PTSD, anxiety, depression, and sleep quality over several months to see if the program provides lasting relief.
