Summary

This study looks at whether timing certain exercises to match a female athlete's menstrual cycle can make injury prevention training more effective. About 212 healthy teen athletes (ages 14-19) who play sports like soccer or basketball will wear an Oura Ring to track their cycle and complete an 8-week training program. Half will have their workouts synced to their cycle; the other half will not. The goal is to see if this personalized approach reduces risky movement patterns and, ultimately, ACL injuries.
