First seen May 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026
Summary
This study looks at how the menstrual cycle and birth control pills influence strength, hydration, and energy balance in female athletes. Researchers will track 40 athletes (24 with natural cycles and 16 on the pill) across different phases of their cycle. The goal is to better understand these effects and improve how we study female athletes.
