Summary
This study aims to understand why menopausal women respond differently to plant-based supplements. Researchers will analyze participants' gut bacteria and viruses to see how they process these supplements and affect heart health markers and quality of life. The goal is to gather information to help create personalized nutrition advice for women going through menopause.
