Can a simple education program cool down menopause hot flashes?

NCT ID NCT07407907

Summary

This study tested whether a structured education program could help women better manage hot flashes during menopause. 100 women were split into two groups: one received the education program, and the other did not. Researchers measured how much hot flashes interfered with daily life and overall quality of life over three months to see if the program helped.
