New implant aims to boost knee healing after meniscus tear

Summary
This study tests whether adding a special collagen implant (BEAR) during meniscus repair surgery leads to better knee function and less pain than standard repair alone. About 80 adults with a torn meniscus who need surgery will take part. Researchers will track knee scores, pain levels, and repair failures over time.
