Summary
This study compared two surgical techniques to repair a torn back part of the knee's cushion (medial meniscus root tear). Forty adults aged 20-50 with this tear were randomly assigned to one of two arthroscopic repair methods. The goal was to see which surgery better restores knee function and delays arthritis.
