Summary
This study tests a new vaccine to protect young children (12-23 months old) against four types of meningococcal bacteria that can cause meningitis. Around 1,040 toddlers will receive either the new vaccine or a licensed one to compare safety and immune response. The goal is to see if the new vaccine offers similar protection with an acceptable safety profile.
