Summary

This study tested a booster dose of an investigational vaccine designed to protect against four types of meningococcal disease (A, C, Y, W). It involved 570 healthy adolescents and young adults who had received a similar vaccine 3 to 6 years earlier. The main goal was to see if the booster shot safely revived strong protective antibody levels in participants.
