Summary

This study tested whether two supplements—a lipase enzyme blend and a lipase blend plus tributyrin—could improve memory in healthy adults who felt their memory was slipping. 90 people took either the supplements or a placebo for 84 days and completed memory tests and questionnaires. The goal was to see if these supplements could ease everyday memory problems.
