Summary

This study is testing whether a drug called fampridine can improve working memory in people with mild to moderate depression. It will involve 38 participants who will take either the drug or a placebo for short periods to see if it helps with memory tasks. The goal is to find a new way to treat the thinking and memory problems that often come with depression.
