Summary
This study tests if taking melatonin for 4 weeks before egg retrieval can improve egg and embryo quality in women with diminished ovarian reserve (low egg supply). 64 women undergoing ICSI (a type of IVF) will receive either melatonin or a placebo. The goal is to see if melatonin increases pregnancy rates by protecting eggs from damage.
