Summary
This study tested whether combining oral azacitidine with pembrolizumab can help control advanced melanoma that has spread. It involved 24 adults with stage III or IV melanoma who either had not received prior PD-1 therapy or had progressed on it. The goal was to see how many patients responded to the treatment and to monitor safety.
