Summary
This study tested whether giving a combination of targeted drugs (vemurafenib and cobimetinib) and immunotherapy (atezolizumab) before surgery could help people with high-risk stage III melanoma. 64 participants received the treatment, and doctors measured how many had no cancer left in the removed tissue. The goal was to see if this approach reduces the chance of cancer coming back.
