New drug combo aims to stop skin cancer before it spreads

Summary
This trial is testing whether giving a two-drug immunotherapy treatment before surgery can help people with high-risk Stage II melanoma. The goal is to shrink the tumor and reduce the chance of the cancer coming back after surgery. The study will enroll about 20 adults with thick or ulcerated melanomas that have not yet spread to the lymph nodes.
