NCT ID NCT03957551
Summary
This study tested a combination of two drugs, cabozantinib and pembrolizumab, as a first treatment for adults with advanced melanoma that had spread and could not be surgically removed. The main goals were to find a safe dose for the combination and to see how well it worked at shrinking or controlling the cancer. The trial was terminated early and enrolled 28 participants.
