New Two-Step attack on deadly melanoma brain tumors

Summary
This study is testing a two-step treatment for people with advanced melanoma that has spread to the brain and is causing symptoms. First, patients take two pills (encorafenib and binimetinib) for about two months. Then, they receive two intravenous drugs (cemiplimab and fianlimab) for up to two years. The main goal is to see if this approach can stop the brain tumors from growing for at least 6 months.
