NCT ID NCT06361550
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a hands-on workshop about healthy shopping and cooking can help adults over 60 stick to a Mediterranean diet. Two hundred retired or pre-retired participants will be split into two groups: one gets a talk only, the other also gets a market tour and cooking class. After 3 months, researchers will measure diet quality, physical activity, sleep, and thinking skills.
