Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether learning Transcendental Meditation helps reduce stress and burnout in nurse managers. Researchers will measure biological signs of stress and aging in the body, along with surveys about work-life balance and well-being. The goal is to see if this meditation technique could be a helpful coping strategy for healthcare leaders.
