Can meditation calm labor fears? new study tests relaxation for First-Time moms
NCT ID NCT07201220
Summary
This study is testing whether a simple relaxation meditation session during early labor can help first-time mothers feel more confident and less fearful about childbirth. Researchers will compare 60 women in Turkey, with half receiving the meditation and half receiving usual care. The goal is to see if this brief, non-drug technique can make the birth experience less stressful and more manageable.
